物實日常 WOOL & HUES 所販售之織圖皆為 PDF 電子檔。

完成購買後，您將另外收到一封內含織圖下載連結的 Email，請留意您的信箱（亦可檢查垃圾郵件匣）。

請注意：

電子版織圖一旦以 Email 寄出，恕不接受任何原因之退款要求。

線材與其他實體商品

物實日常 WOOL & HUES 會於訂單成立後 兩個工作日內 將您的包裹寄出。

包裹寄出後，系統將以 Email 通知您出貨資訊。

寄送方式

▸ 台灣地區訂單

一律使用 郵局掛號 寄送，約 2–3 個工作天送達。

請注意：

物實日常 WOOL & HUES 不提供便利商店店到店及 i 郵箱寄送服務。

請勿於下單後備註要求更改寄送方式為店到店或 i 郵箱，若有此情況將直接取消訂單。

▸ 海外訂單

主要使用 順豐速運 寄送，約 3–10 個工作天送達（實際送達時間依各國物流情況而定）。

退換貨政策

除商品本身有瑕疵或因運送導致包裝嚴重毀損外，物實日常 WOOL & HUES 之商品售出後 恕不接受退換貨。

Shipping Information

Digital Patterns (PDF Download)

All knitting patterns sold by WOOL & HUES are provided as PDF digital files.

After completing your purchase, you will receive a separate email containing the download link.

Please check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder if necessary).

Please note:

Once the digital pattern has been sent via email, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Yarn & Other Physical Products

WOOL & HUES will ship your order within two business days after the order is confirmed.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email.

Shipping Methods

▸ Orders within Taiwan

All domestic orders are shipped via Taiwan Post (registered mail) and typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

Please note:

WOOL & HUES does not offer convenience store pickup or iBox delivery services.

Please do not request changes to convenience store or iBox shipping after placing your order. Orders with such requests will be canceled.

▸ International Orders

International orders are primarily shipped via SF Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3–10 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local logistics conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final unless the item is defective or has been severely damaged during shipping.
